A list of our current COVID-19 safety measures.

Following the announcement from The University of Nebraska and the Lincoln-Lancaster Health Department, masks are still encouraged but no longer required for patrons while inside the Ross building.

If you answer YES to any of the questions below, please do not enter the building or attend films at The Ross at this time.

– Do you have a cough, change in breathing, sore throat, or a high temperature (100.4F or above)?
– Have you had close contact with an individual displaying any of the above symptoms?
– Have you been in close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID or who has been recently exposed?

Sanitizer wipes are available inside both theaters, which can be used by patrons to clean the arm rests of their chairs. Hand sanitizer is also available inside the theaters.

The University has increased the amount of fresh air being drawn into HVAC systems in the Ross building by 50% and upgraded the air filters to more efficiently capture and reduce large and small particles in the air.

The Ross encourages patrons to purchase their tickets and concessions online. While online ticketing has been available previously, we have added all of our concessions items to the online system as well, so you can purchase in advance.

When you purchase tickets or concessions items online you will receive an email receipt with a scannable barcode. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if the email does show up in your inbox. Please print the email receipt or bring it up on your phone and present it at the the box office/concessions stand. The code can be scanned through the plexiglass partition.
