UNL Department of Art professors Aaron Holz and Andrea Bolland will facilitate an informal movie talk and discussion following the 1:00 p.m screening of CLOSE TO VERMEER on Sunday, September 17. Tickets for the screening are at regular Ross prices.
AARON HOLZ
Aaron Holz has exhibited work in New York and throughout the United States. His work has been exhibited internationally in London, UK, Basel, Switzerland and Mexico. Reviews of his work have appeared in New York Arts Magazine, The Lincoln Journal Star, The New York Sun and The New York Times. He was included in “100 Painters of Tomorrow” published by Thames and Hudson in 2014. In addition to prominent private collections in both Europe and the United States, his work is included in the permanent collections of the Sheldon Museum of Art, The Blanden Memorial Art Museum, The University Art Museum at Albany, The Rourke Art Museum, The Museum of Nebraska Art and Nebraska Wesleyan University. Aaron Holz serves as a Professor of Painting and Drawing at The University of Nebraska, Lincoln where he lives and works. More info…
