Yes, children are allowed for some Ross film screenings (depending on rating). Many of the films shown at the Ross are not rated by the MPAA and contain violence, language, or other adult content. Please check individual film ratings to make sure the film suits your group.
Show your membership card at the box office when purchasing tickets – or checking in with your online ticket order – to receive your discount. Show your membership card at the concessions stand for your popcorn discount.

No, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the theater.
Yes! We offer a selection of classic movie snacks, including popcorn, candy, and a variety of Pepsi products, tea, and coffee.
Many films include captions, descriptive audio, or assistive listening headsets. Check the film’s page or ask at the box office for details.
The fastest way is online. Tap Buy Tickets at the top of any page and secure your seat before the lights go down. Tickets may also be purchased at the box office before showtime, pending availability. Our box office opens 30 minutes before the day’s first screening. It closes 15 minutes after the final film begins.
For questions about ticket refunds, please contact our office. Advance tickets may be refunded before the film hits the screen, but once the credits roll, refunds are no longer available.
Yes. Discounted pricing is available for students (with ID), military, and seniors 60+. Select your rate online or ask at the box office.
