The Mary Riepma Ross Media Arts Center (“The Ross”) aims to make our guests feel welcomed and comfortable, and our staff takes pride in creating an atmosphere where everyone can fully enjoy each film shown.
A great movie experience only works if everyone respects the space, their fellow guests, and staff members. Having everyone follow this conduct policy (“Conduct Policy”) is how The Ross can help ensure that everyone is protected, respected, and able to enjoy the show. By purchasing a ticket or entering the facilities of The Ross in any capacity, you agree to be bound by and comply with this Conduct Policy.
A printed copy of our Conduct Policy is available upon request at the Ross Box Office or Ross Business Office.
